Trois Crayon Portraits
The process of trois crayon is incredilby dynamic. It is a push and pull of tone into and out of the page. Its sinplicity gives the chareter a level of delecacy and warmth.
The techinique is one of my favourite portrait methods. Working in charcoal, chalk and sepia, I aim to capture every element of a person without overhwlming the composition.
