A small study of ochre, made during covid. I was stuck at home and wanted to look closely at one colour, so I painted this. It’s impressionist in style, quick brushwork, more about the feel of the colour than an exact likeness of anything.
Small enough to fit anywhere, but it holds its own on a wall.
